Scunthorpe climbed out of the League One relegation zone with a comfortable win over Wycombe.
Paul Reid and Andy Barcham scrambled in the first two goals, both after David Mirfin had an effort blocked.
Michael O'Connor saw red for the visitors after retaliating to a challenge by Craig Eastmond.
Barcham finished off Mark Duffy's clever ball, Jon Parkin tapped in a fourth and Matt McClure headed in a consolation for The Chairboys.
VIEWS FROM THE DRESSING ROOM
Scunthorpe manager Alan Knill told BBC Radio Humberside:
"I'm not going to say perfect, but near as, I think. I thought we were excellent from start to finish and especially coming off Wednesday night, (when we put in) a massive effort at Sheffield United.
"I think it's important that we try to pass it and we try to get the ball down and move it around the pitch. I thought the players did that, they took that on from Wednesday.
"It's alright being pretty and moving the ball around from one end to another but the biggest thing is having the desire to keep it out of your net and I thought we had that today."
