Forest Green 2-1 Cambridge
Last updated on .From the section National League
Two goals in the last 10 minutes earned Forest Green a late win over Cambridge.
The U's spurned a great chance to take the lead when Rossi Jarvis had his penalty saved by Sam Russell, after Eddie Oshodi tripped Tom Shaw.
They eventually went ahead when Luke Berry pounced on James Jennings' through ball.
But Michael Uwezu drilled home the equaliser before fellow substitute Tommy Wright volleyed in from close range to give Rovers all three points.
VIEWS FROM THE DRESSING ROOM
Forest Green Rovers manager Dave Hockaday told BBC Gloucestershire:
"I thought first-half we've knocked it about really well, we've hit the crossbar and had lots of good positions.
"Second-half we started like a house on fire and then to be fair we looked tired.
"We put in a real good shift this week, training wise and we looked a little bit leggy.
"Just a great credit to the players, I'm incredibly proud of every one of them today."
