Rotherham 1-0 Plymouth

Plymouth dropped back into the League Two relegation zone after losing by a single goal at Rotherham.

Lewis Grabban scored the only goal from the penalty spot after Darren Purse fouled substitute Gareth Evans.

Alex Revell had earlier gone close for the Millers, while Maxime Blanchard's audacious shot from inside his own half was the closest Argyle came to a goal.

Northampton's home win against Aldershot means Plymouth slip down to second-bottom in the table.

VIEWS FROM THE DRESSING ROOM

Rotherham United manager Andy Scott tells BBC Radio Sheffield:

"It's a win, that's all that matters at this stage of the season.

"We could have been a lot more comfortable during the last two or three minutes of the game, we made it a bit hairy and scary for ourselves.

"Game management in the last five minutes wasn't good, but they didn't really threaten our goal throughout the whole game.

"We defended very well throughout the whole game, we had numerous opportunities to seal it and didn't take it so you're heart is in you're mouth for the last few minutes."

Plymouth Argyle manager Carl Fletcher told BBC Radio Devon:

Plymouth Argyle manager Carl Fletcher told BBC Radio Devon:

"The ref didn't give us anything all day. he was dying to give something against us.

"We knew it was going to be a fight and Rotherham were better than us today. We didn't do it well enough.

"It was sunny one minute, then windy, it was a bobbly pitch. We're disappointed as we know we didn't do ourselves justice today."
