First Tower United have been relegated from Jersey's Premiership after a 5-2 defeat by Rozel Rovers.
The loss leaves them 10 points from safety with just three games remaining this season.
The result moves Rovers up a place to fourth in the table in their own fight for survival.
"As you can imagine all the lads are absolutely gutted," Tower manager Chad Morris told BBC Radio Jersey.
"It's a great club and great people are around with a good committee."
In Saturday's other top-flight games Grouville and St Paul's drew 1-1, while Jersey Wanderers and St Ouen also battled out a 1-1 draw.
Meanwhile the newly crowned champions Jersey Scottish were 2-1 winners at relegation-threatened Trinity.
