Charlton 3-0 Yeovil

Dany N'Guessan grabbed a goal on his debut to help League One leaders Charlton to victory over Yeovil.

N'Guessan's cross-shot sailed through the hands of keeper Sam Walker to give the Addicks the lead.

Bondz Ngala's snap-shot was well saved by home keeper Ben Hamer but Bradley Wright-Phillips nodded in unmarked from six yards as the visitors switched off.

Nelson D'Ath struck a crossbar for the Glovers, but Darel Russell poked home Rhoys Wiggins' cross to seal it.

VIEWS FROM THE DRESSING ROOM

Yeovil Town manager Gary Johnson told BBC Somerset:

"We came up short tonight and it was a horrendous mistake that lead to the first goal.

"We were playing neat and tidy but without an end product and Charlton had that.

"They scored three and we were unable to finish any of our chances.

"I don't think we deserved to get beaten 3-0 but at the end of the day we didn't do enough to win the game."
