Veteran former Scotland defender Callum Davidson has agreed a new, one-year contract extension with St Johnstone.
Saints expect the 35-year-old to put pen to paer next week.
Manager Steve Lomas said: "Callum has very good experience and is good around the changing room.
"He's a top pro who trains well, he hardly misses training or games and I'm sure we can get another 30 games out of him next season. There's no reason why we can't."
Davidson is in his second spell at McDiarmid Park, having started his senior career in Perth.
He moved from the Scottish Premier League club to Blackburn Rovers before moving on to Leicester City.
Davidson spent seven years with Preston North End before returning to St Johnstone last summer, going on to make 23 appearances so far this season.
