Tranmere's Jake Cassidy believes Rovers are on the up
Tranmere's on-loan striker Jake Cassidy says Rovers are enjoying the momentum created after recent victories.
Since Ronnie Moore returned to Prenton Park as manager, he has been unbeaten in six matches, including four wins.
Cassidy told BBC Radio Merseyside: "We're winning games and climbing up the table, and hopefully we can get to 50 points and be safe from the drop.
"The lads are doing well and the games are coming thick and fast and we're enjoying it."
Tranmere have moved to 12th in League One, and need just two points to achieve their target of 50 points.
Cassidy, 19, is on a month's loan from Wolves and has scored twice in three games, including Saturday's 2-0 win over Exeter.
"I just put my foot through it and tried to get it as far away from the keeper as I could and I was lucky it came off," Cassidy continued.
"They were getting on top of us towards the end, so it was an important goal to settle the nerves and see the game out. It was quite an easy game to come into because the lads defended so well and I enjoyed it."
