Nottingham Forest wait on Garath McCleary hamstring injury

Nottingham Forest are waiting to find out the extent of a hamstring injury suffered by winger Garath McCleary.

The 24-year-old, who had a scan on Wednesday, was hurt in last Saturday's draw with Brighton and then missed the midweek draw with Leicester City.

McCleary, who has scored eight goals in 10 games, was taken off as a precaution against the Seagulls.

The diagnosis should be revealed this week and there are fears he may miss most of the rest of the season.
