Forest Green kept their slim Blue Square Bet Premier play-off hopes going with a routine victory at already relegated Bath City.
The visitors went ahead before the break when Yan Klukowski collected a loose ball and lashed home.
Bath, who announced they were changing their stadium name to Mayday Trust Park on Monday, came close through Josh Egan's effort.
Reece Styche swept home a Klukowski cross to secure the win.

Forest Green Rovers manager Dave Hockaday told BBC Gloucestershire:
"It was an efficient first half and we dominated possession but played all of the ball in our half.
"It was just a weird game, very slow paced, but they were frustrating and kept the ball in the middle of the park.
"It was a potential banana skin but we scored a second goal and that killed it."
