Stevie May scored four as Alloa Athletic hammered Elgin City and clinched the Scottish Third Division title.
Elgin sustained an early blow when goalkeeper Alexander Clark was sent off for a professional foul on 16 minutes and it got worse for the visitors on the half-hour mark when Mark Nicolson scored an own goal to give Alloa the lead.
On-loan St Johnstone striker May netted either side of half-time to put the hosts firmly in control and Robbie Winters fired home another on 49 minutes.
Paul Millar's close-range effort reduced Elgin's arrears but another May double continued the Wasps' rout.
Ryan McCord's impressive free-kick and a further goal by Craig Campbell completed Alloa's win.
And, with second-place Stranraer losing 2-1 at Clyde, the Recreation Park side opened up an unassailable 14-point lead to claim the championship in boss Paul Hartley's first year in management.
Alloa bounce back to Division Two a year after suffering relegation.
