St Paul's beat Grouville 2-0 to win Wheway Cup

St Paul's won their second trophy of the season as they beat Grouville 2-0 to win the Wheway Cup.

Island striker Craig Russell opened the scoring after 52 minutes before Grouville's Calvin Ecobichon-Gray put the ball past his own goalkeeper to seal it seven minutes later.

The win for St Paul's caps a season where they relinquished their island title, but made three cup finals.

Saints won the Le Riche Cup but were beaten in Saturday's Jeremie Cup final.
