Bradford City cannot repeat brawl, says Dave Baldwin

Bradford and Crawley players post-match brawl

Bradford City director Dave Baldwin has warned players there can be no repeat of the recent brawl at Valley Parade.

The club were fined £9,000 by the Football Association for failing to control their players after three were sent off after the defeat by Crawley.

"We've made it very clear to the players we never expect a repeat of this," he told BBC Radio Leeds.

"If any of those players were involved in something similar that would be the end of their time at the club."

Andrew Davies, Luke Oliver and Jon McLaughlin were all sent off after ugly scenes followed the Bantams' home defeat by the League Two promotion hopefuls on 27 March.

The club have chosen not to appeal the fine and Baldwin says they are now looking to put the incident behind them.

"We accept the decision and we're just looking to move on now," he added.

"You only need to see the video to see why we're choosing not to appeal. We take it on the chin and we accept that it is something we do not want to see at Bradford City."
