Lincoln City manager David Holdsworth has agreed a deal to remain at the club next season.
Holdsworth has guided the Imps clear of the Blue Square Bet Premier relegation zone since taking over from Steve Tilson in October last year.
"I will be staying at the club, I'm delighted to be manager here," Holdsworth told BBC Lincolnshire.
"I've had a very healthy, informal meeting with the chairman and everything is happily moving along."
Holdsworth took the reigns at Sincil Bank with the Imps just one point above the relegation zone, after winning just three of their first 14 games.
The former Mansfield manager, who was due to leave at the end of the season, had been working on a non-contract basis.
"I've been happy to not have one [a contract] because a shake of a hand to me is as good as anything," Holdsworth added.
"I'm a loyal person, I trust people and I know that the club must protect themselves."
