Wrexham boss Andy Morrell says missing out on automatic promotion will not affect his players as they prepare for the Blue Square Bet Premier play-offs.
The Dragons amassed 98 points in the regular season but were pipped to the title by Fleetwood Town.
Morrell's side must now head to Luton Town on Thursday for the first of a two-legged play-off semi-final.
"We've had a magnificent season; 98 points in a season is a fantastic total," said Morrell.
"We've just got to make sure now that we cap off the rest.
"It's going to be tough, because it's a bit of a lottery going in the play-offs, but we'll be at it and we'll be trying our hardest to get through to Wembley."
Wrexham lost out to Luton Town at the play-offs stages last season.
The Dragons were defeated 5-1 on aggregate but Morrell is hopeful his team can secure a win double this time out.
Victory would see Wrexham take on either York or Mansfield at Wembley, with a chance of promotion back to League Two.
"We've been preparing for this time for about three weeks," added player-manager Morrell.
"My aim was to have everyone fresh and fit for these next couple of games and we've pretty much managed to do that.
"All the strikers scored on the weekend so I'm quite pleased.
"It's just a matter of picking a team that's going to win away at Luton."
