Goals from Rhys Griffiths and Lloyd Grist secured victory for Llanelli over Bala and a place in next season's Europa League.
Griffiths and Grirst struck first half goals for Andy Legg's side in the Welsh Premier League play-off final at Stebonheath Park.
Lee Hunt pulled a goal back in the second half for Bala, who were attempting to reach Europe for the first time in their history.
Bala came close to forcing extra-time but Llanelli held on to qualify for Europe for the seventh successive season.
The home side were ahead after just four minutes when top scorer Griffiths netted with a volley following Jason Bowen's cross from the right.
Grist doubled Llanelli's lead on 19 minutes when his free-kick struck John Irving in the defensive wall and deflected past goalkeeper Terry McCormick.
Bala's best chance of the first half came when Mark Connolly's free-kick was tipped on to the crossbar by home 'keeper Craig Richards.
Ian Sheridan went close for the visitors early in the second half as Bala pushed for an equaliser before Lee Hunt pulled a goal back with 16 minutes remaining, scoring from close range.
Hunt came close to equalising but Richards pulled off a crucial save to deny the former Rhyl and Bangor striker.
Connolly's free-kick struck the crossbar with three minutes remaining but Llanelli held on to secure their place in next season's Europa League.
