Barrow clinch deal for defender Matt Flynn

Barrow have signed defender Matt Flynn on a one-year contract following his release from Fleetwood.
The 23-year-old started his career with Warrington Town before joining Macclesfield.
He was then loaned out to Rochdale, where he went on to sign a permanent deal in the summer of 2009.
Flynn joined Fleetwood last summer, but made just three appearances for the Blue Square Bet Premier champions before being let go in May.
