Jersey Premiership newcomers St Brelade cruised through to the last 16 of the Charity Cup with a 4-1 win at Championship side St Clement.
James Walsh got a hat-trick for the team that won last season's second tier while Jay Thompson got the other as they opened their season on a successful note.
Alan Singh got a consolation goal for St Clement.
St Brelade will face Jersey champions Jersey Scottish in the next round.
