Eastbourne Borough have taken Josh Scowen from Wycombe Wanderers on loan and signed striker Charles Ademeno on a free transfer.
Scowen, a 19-year-old midfielder, has signed until January.
Eastbourne manager Tommy Widdington told the club website: "He is tough and punches way above his weight. I look forward to seeing him in our squad "
Ademeno, 23, was released by AFC Wimbledon in January, before playing for Eastbourne last season.
Widdington said: "Charles is looking to get back to the height of performances he knows he can achieve. We look forward to helping him get back on the right track to achieve what we all know he is capable of."
The terms of Scowen's loan agreement mean he can be recalled after 28 days and is still eligible for Wycombe's development games.
Both players are available for the season opener at Dorchester Town on Saturday.
