Glasgow celebrate retaining their Scottish title last season

Holders Glasgow City progressed to the quarter-finals of the Scottish Cup with a 3-0 away win over Aberdeen.

City started only three of the side that progressed from their Women's Champions League qualifying group in midweek in Finland.

Celtic beat Spartans 5-2 after extra-time and Rangers defeated Inverness 2-0 in all-Premier League ties.

Hamilton Accies, Forfar Farmington, Queen's Park and Hibernian Reserves also progressed.

Accies hammered Second Division Stonehaven 9-1, with Caroline Richardson grabbing a hat-trick.

Forfar eased aside First Division Airdrie 3-1.

However, there will be First Division representation in the next round after Queen's Park's 7-3 victory over Cowdenbeath and Hibs Reserves' 1-0 defeat of Hibernian 1875.
