Senegal international forward Ibrahima Balde has transferred to Russian club Kuban from Spain's Osasuna.

The 23-year-old, who has two caps for the Teranga Lions, leaves Osasuna after completing only one season of a three-year deal signed in April 2011.

It is believed that Balde's contract contained a buy-out clause which was priced at $11.25m.

Balde scored seven goals in 22 appearances for Osasuna, who finished seventh in La Liga last season.

He also played for Senegal at the London 2012 Olympics, scoring in the 4-2 defeat by Mexico in the quarter-finals.

Meanwhile Ghana's Anthony Annan has joined the Spanish side on a season-long loan from German club Schalke 04.
