Lisburn Distillery beat Dungannon Swifts 2-1 to move off the botttom of the Irish Premiership

Lisburn Distillery secured their first points of the season and moved off the bottom of the Premiership table thanks to this victory over Dungannon Swifts.

David McCullough headed in the opener from Jordan Forsythe's pinpoint right-wing cross in the 15th minute.

Gary Liggett added the second three minutes later when he held off the challenge of Adam McMinn and drilled a shot past the goalkeeper.

Sean Friars pulled one back with a free-kick 15 minutes from the end.

Grant Hutchinson went close in the first half and the Swifts were denied an equaliser late on as they had an effort cleared off the line and another hit the woodwork.

This was the Swifts' first league defeat of the season.
