AFC Wimbledon's Rashid Yussuff scored in stoppage time to snatch a win for the managerless Dons against Plymouth.
Byron Harrison had put the visitors in front after good work from Jack Midson.
And the points had seemed to be safe for the Dons before Plymouth's Guy Madjo was fouled in the box by Yado Mambo in the 89th minute.
Rhys Griffiths saw his spot-kick saved but scored from the rebound, but Yussuff had time to hit a deflected shot to take all three points.
VIEWS FROM THE DRESSING ROOM
Plymouth Argyle manager Carl Fletcher told BBC Radio Devon:
"We obviously let ourselves down in the first half. In the second we kept huffing and puffing and eventually got back in the game with a penalty.
"We left it a bit in the second half and it was a case of getting as much forward as possible.
"Paris [Cowan-Hall] and Griff [Rhys Griffiths] really put a shift in for the team today."
