Nick Wright grabbed a point for Mansfield Town in a hard-fought Blue Square Bet Premier clash with bottom-of-the-table Nuneaton.
Lindon Meikle hit the bar for Mansfield before Connor Taylor put the struggling home side ahead, guiding Andy Brown's pass into the bottom corner.
But Wright levelled in emphatic style, turning in Louis Briscoe's cross.
And Briscoe had the best chance to win the game but sent his shot wide as honours ended even.
VIEWS FROM THE DRESSING ROOM
Mansfield Town manager Paul Cox told BBC Radio Nottingham:
"I thought the lads were excellent and I think anyone, even the neutral would have said tonight that we deserved the three points.
"On the night I think Nuneaton probably had two shots on target and scored.
"But we've done everything, we've hit the bar twice, the keeper's pulled off some great saves. I think the most important thing is the level of performance and the way we've played."
