Defender Neil Ashton has signed a new contract with Wrexham which will see him stay at the club until 2015.
The ex-Tranmere, Shrewsbury and Macclesfield player joined Wrexham in 2010 following the demise of Chester City
The 27-year-old has played over 110 games for the Dragons and was the club's player of the season last season.
Player-managerAndy Morrell said he was pleased Ashton had agreed a new deal.
"I'm delighted that we've got him long term," Morrell said.
"He's a big part of us with his attitude and his endeavour and his energy. He gives us a lot."
