Port Talbot Town manager Mark Jones has been sacked after four years in charge of the Welsh Premier League club.
Jones was in his second spell at Port Talbot having previously managed the club between 2001 and 2004.
Cardiff-born Jones joined Carmarthen Town and led the west Wales club to Welsh Cup victory in 2007.
Jones returned to Port Talbot in December 2008 following the departure of Nicky Tucker.
During his second spell at the Genquip Stadium The Steelmen reached the Welsh Cup Final in 2010, losing to Bangor City at Parc y Scarlets.
The following season the club played in Europe for the first time but lost to TPS Turku of Finland in the Europa League first qualifying round.
Jones leaves a club who lost 5-0 to Airbus last Saturday and are currently eighth in the Welsh Premier League.
Port Talbot's board of directors said in a statement they "wish to take the club in a new direction."
Jones has also has spells as manager at Maesteg Park and Dinas Powys.
