Telford moved out of the Blue Square Bet Premier relegation zone following a hard-earned point against play-off chasing Luton.
Steve Leslie had the best chance of a cagey opening period, but his shot was well saved by keeper Mark Tyler.
Kinsella again came close for the home side after the break, drilling a powerful shot against the crossbar.
Greg Taylor went close for Luton late on, but both sides had to settle for a point.

AFC Telford manager Andy Sinton told BBC Radio Shropshire:
"We have to be pleased - our performance was outstanding against a very good Luton side.
"We were rock solid at the back - we haven't kept enough clean sheets this season - and going forward we put Luton on the back foot.
"We played with urgency and energy, and we've got to go into every game like we're playing Luton, like it's a cup final.
"Everyone gave their all, but we have to build on that - and if we can play like that in the majority of the games we have left, then we'll be fine."
