Jamie Glasgow's goal proved to be the winner as East Stirlingshire won a seven-goal encounter with Elgin City.
Michael Hunter tapped in Shire's opener and stroked home a second in the 14th minute.
However, the same player netted an own goal with a header to reduce Elgin's deficit.
Kevin Turner restored the visitors' two-goal advantage with a penalty only for Stuart Leslie to hammer in a second for the hosts just before the break.
Glasgow netted from the edge of the area 12 minutes into the second half and, though Elgin's Craig Gunn scored from 18 yards, Leslie's late red card for violent conduct ended the home side's chances of getting a draw.
