Michael Moffat scored a hat-trick as Ayr United comfortably beat Second Division bottom club Albion Rovers.
Michael Donald fired the hosts ahead and Moffat got his first from the penalty spot after David Winters had been fouled by Chris Boyle.
Robbie Winters pulled one back from close-range before half-time to give Rovers hope for the second half but that was quickly dispelled by Donald's 56th-minute drive.
Two further strikes from Moffat gave Ayr a more commanding advantage before Winters turned in a late consolation.
