Jamie Longworth scored his third goal in as many games as Queen's Park came from behind to beat nine-man Berwick.
Wee Rangers striker Darren Lavery found the bottom left of Neil Parry's net to score his 14th goal of the season and give his side a 1-0 lead after eight minutes.
The hosts drew level in the 24th minute when Longworth struck the ball high into Marc McCallum's goal from the left side of the area.
Berwick went down to 10 men in the 55th minute when Kevin McDonald saw red for violent conduct.
Six minutes after McDonald's dismissal, Anthony McParland put the Spiders in front when his sensational 30-yard strike found the top corner of McCallum's net.
Queen's Park midfielder Michael Keenan was dismissed for a second bookable offence in the 73rd minute, before Berwick's Steven Notman also received a second yellow card to leave the visitors with nine men.
