Bradley Bubb's brace helped Woking claim victory at 10-man Southport.
The hosts had Simon Grand sent off midway through the first half for fouling Mark Ricketts.
And Bubb, on loan from Aldershot, made the advantage count just before the break when he coolly slotted home after being put through by Jayden Stockley.
Aaron Chalmers's free-kick restored parity for a brief period but Bubb struck with his 13th of the season to earn the visitors three points.
Southport completed the signing of former Fleetwood and Kidderminster midfielder Sean Clancy before kick-off.

Woking manager Garry Hill told BBC Surrey:
"I felt we were in control at half-time but then they got an equaliser which asked us a few questions about our character and we got the second goal and won the game.
"Bradley [Bubb] took both his goals very well and it's a massive three points for us as a club.
"It's nice to have a couple of home games next and Forest Green will be very tough on Tuesday but it's one that we look forward to."
