Peter MacDonald and Michael Tidser both netted twice as top-of-the-table Morton beat Dunfermline in the Scottish First Division.
MacDonald put the visitors in front from the spot in the 31st minute after Callum Morris had fouled Fouad Bachirou in the box.
The hosts were awarded a penalty of their own on the brink of half-time when Bachirou brought down Joseph Cardle in the area.
However striker Andrew Barrowman missed the chance to draw his side level when he blasted his spot-kick against the crossbar.
Tidser's spectacular 30-yard volley put Morton two up less than a minute after the restart.
MacDonald then scored his fourth goal in two games when he headed in Tisder's cross from six yards out and Tisder volleyed number four in the 64th minute.
Late on in the match, Callum Morris headed what proved to be a consolation goal for the Pars.
