109. No I'm talking about those poor suckers who supply food, clothing, clean the stadium.......you know normal businesses. These corrupt clubs dump on all them and leave HMRC millions out if pocket. What that actually means is we all pay for financial mismanagement. I couldn't care less about Lithuanian banks.
Hearts may well be in administration before the end of the season.Liewell and Doncaster better hope that sporting 'integrity' farce was worth tearing Scottish football apart for, that's effectively what they did.
@ delstar5-1? what result are you talking about? Don't take me for a hibee, last thing i want to be - and who is LG?Only time I stepped in the dump that is tynecastle was to see Liverpool teach yous a football lesson. And, yes, I went to school, and University after that. Since you didn't ask about uni, i guess you never made it that far yourself. Best get your mum to home school you some more
#106"Thank God for Rod Petrie"??? ARF!£6.9m in debt£1.8m losses in last 2 yearsFlogged all the talent at the first opportunityNice shiny EMPTY stadiumWhat a legacy!
Sorry for John McGlynn. He seems a genuine person, but the on the pitch tactics were'nt working and after recent injuries the defence has been a mess. These talented youngsters need more help and deserve the experience available to be on the park and able to pull its weight. Having Sutton, Taouil etc warming the bench on high salaries didn't make sense. Can Hearts afford a new manager? I doubt it.
Luckily, unless they lose points for financial issues, Hearts can't be relegated (it is only one down isn't it?), so if they win the league cup then why the fuss? They will still have won more trophies than most teams this season, and the youngsters will have another years experience under their belts.
Feels sorry for McGlynn but he must have known what he was letting himself in for with Mad Vlad at the helm. Surely time to bring back Laszlo for a second spell. I liked that guy.
Delstar - to accuse me of having no class is laughable considering your posts. Ok, let's say for arguments sake, I do have sympathy for Hearts, and wish them all the best. Can you now explain what you mean by 'where were the blue noses' and 'who edits your posts'? You claim to have class, yet all your comments are derogatory towards others.
79 - calling the perpetrators of the global financial crisis "innocent creditors" and "the real victims" seems a bit odd. And the rest of the post is of course nonsense. As for the post suggesting George Burley was in charge when Hibs won at Easter Road in 05/06 - it wasn't - it was actually John McGlynn!!
106Why should HMFC fans not continue to enthuse about 5-1 and the Hartley semi - amongst many other recent triumphs? How many big cups have HFC won under Petrie?HMFC will get new owners and survive, we have class you have the fantastic role that is LG - think before you post.
105You have no class obviously.Rangers are still down in the bottom league and are not even on 100% and so bad they are both cups already.Obviously things have gone awry for HMFC - who edits your posts Teddy Bear? Our owner is, as he is,however he's no GW - where were the blue noses then? The fans are not delusional our critics are.
Yes Hearts fans Hibs have debts. But as you are all aware the world is in a financial mire. The difference is Hibs haven't spent STUPID money on average players. Whilst the majority keep going on about the 5-1 game it isn't going to help your club. The 5-1 game will be your dying legacy to remember your club by. Sad state of affairs to if you ask me. Thank god for Petrie. A proper Chairman.
Not normally a bitter man but no sympathy for anything going on at hearts. A small club who took great delight in kicking Rangers when they were down, let's see if they survive if things go awry for them. Delusional owner, delusional fans.
jamtart 92So George Burley never lost a game. Was he not manager when hibs beat them at Easter Road?
1025-1 were you there or hiding behind the sofa? What do you think of LG - class act?I think it should be their place, instead of there - where did you go to school - maybe your mum should check your posts first, what do you think?
yet another joke of a day for the Scum of Midlothian. I do feel sorry for the fans as they have done nothing wrong and never wanted the poor man's abramovich in charge in the first place. If Dundee werent so bad we could finally have been seeing the back of Hearts Hearts glorious Hearts. Still, there is always next year when a good Morton or Thistle side will be taking there place
Seemed a good guy, however, if you have an experienced squad you don't leave the likes of Mendy on the bench.Poor old Hibby boys - 5 - 1, will they ever won the big cup - wee team - wee spudball manager. Griffiths would any other club keep other than hibs - no class player, zero class club. Evening News - might be better calling it the Hibs chronicle.Poor Hibby boys, speak up intelligently.
