Fleetwood gave their faint play-off hopes a boost after coming from behind to defeat Dagenham & Redbridge.
Medy Elito had put the Daggers ahead from the penalty spot on five minutes after Shaun Beeley was adjudged to have handled inside the box.
But just a minute later Junior Brown's cross from the right found its way into the net to level proceedings.
The hosts dominated from then on and grabbed the winner when Gareth Evans unleashed an unstoppable 20-yard drive.
Fleetwood are now three points off the play-offs but all but one of the teams occupying the four berths have games in hand on the Cod Army.
