Our Lady and St Patrick's beat St Malachy's in Senior Cup final

Our Lady and St Patrick's retained the Belfast Senior Cup after defeating St Malachy's 3-0 in the Solitude final.

It was a repeat of last year's decider and ended with the same scoreline, although neither side found the target in a lacklustre first half.

Dominic Mooney bundled the ball into the net to put Our Lady ahead four minutes into the second half.

Substitute Michael Johnson hammered in a free-kick before sealing victory with a 35-yard strike into the top corner.

Our Lady and St Pat's beat Corpus Christi 3-1 in the semi-finals while St Malachy's progressed thanks to a 2-1 win over Laurelhill.

Tom Grimley's double helped Our Lady to victory over St Malachy's in the the 2012 final.
