Jon Macken's equaliser earned Stockport a crucial point against Macclesfield in their bid to avoid relegation from the Blue Square Bet Premier.
The result moved Stockport to within one point of safety.
Matthew Barnes-Homer made no mistake for the hosts when Keiran Murtagh laid on an inviting cross and he tucked away the assist to notch his 18th league goal of the season.
But veteran striker Macken stabbed home to level the scores and earn a point.
