East Stirlingshire 1-2 Annan Athletic

Substitute Alistair Love scored the winning goal as Annan came from behind to beat East Stirlingshire.

The hosts went ahead in the 17th minute when Maxwell Wright tucked the ball past goalkeeper Alex Mitchell from close range after good work from Andrew Stirling on the left wing.

But Annan hit back eight minutes later when David Hopkirk found the bottom corner from 20 yards out.

Shire almost found themselves in front once again on the hour mark as striker Kevin Turner tried his luck from the edge of the area only to see his shot hit the bar and bounce away to safety.

And he was made to rue his missed chance as Annan sealed all three points 12 minutes from time when Love fired in from 10 yards out.
