Queen's Park 5-1 East Stirlingshire

Queen's Park record a resounding victory over struggling East Stirlingshire at Hampden.

Queen's Park opened the scoring when David Anderson struck home a 12-yard shot.

They almost doubled their advantage four minutes later, but Lawrence Shankland hit the post from six yards.

The visitors levelled when forward Jamie Glasgow fired home from close range eight minutes from the break.

But, on the stroke of half time, Queens Park restored their lead with striker Jamie Longworth's first goal in 11 games.

After the break, Longworth added his second when he scored with a 20-yard shot after 53 minutes.

With ten minutes left, Jamie Burns put the Spiders 4-1 up, and substitute Aidan Connolly made it five when he netted in added time.
