@52 it will happen after June 1st. And tbh it does not look like they will go before that date if you read the news reports. So unfortunately i do know the rules. Division 1 for the Dundee.
Oor Wullie can bluster all he likes but the Dimdees are going down.Next he'll be begging for Hearts to go into admin by June 1Then he'll be planning for a series of carnage in Div1 and aspiring to be manager at the Rangers
@42 "It's a battle of wits with an unarmed man."lol - I did like that.Is it just me or do StM only need 1 draw from 3 games? surely it's all over for Dundee. Not sure what JB is looking to achieve by challenging them like that. Do a Manchini and say, league is over, then snatch it on last day. JB's done well, didnt think he would. Might be different when actually something to play for though.
Bomber should have been manager of the year!
@34 Sorry Fowler; Clearly you don’t understand the rules; if Hearts go into admin during the season they will be deducted points based on last seasons total and the bottom club will be relegated if they go into admin in the close season then the points deduction will be applied to next season. There is no automatic relegation for going into administration.
bomber brown has been hit on the head by too many footballs. Dundee are going down
@44 DarkblueyonderYou hit the nail on the head. From an outsiders perspective Dundee are as good as relagated but there's still a chance. If St Mirren pick up points in the next couple of games then it's all over and all that's lost is a bit of face....wow. Brown wont care about that.. Good luck - I hope you do it. And I'm an arab!
Dunfermline had no chance of being club 12 and will be years from returning to the SPL. Amazing if Dundee land on their feet again through Saints or Hearts.
Bombers gonna get use.
Dundee should have never even been club 12. They deserve relegation for their general league form. Dunfermline are club 12 #SaveOurPars #JohnBrownGTF
@39 depends if it happens beofre of after 1st June. If after you are correct. If before Dundee benefit.Personally think that Hearts will enter admin after 1st June having just read article in Scotsman.
St Mirren have had 4 draws and 1 loss since the LCF. Last weeks draw was at easter road after scoring 3 goals away from home in Edinburgh. Worried, not a chance. Dundee need the points and have to win 3 times. Dont think that will happen I mean Germans.in the Champions LF, at Wembley, No chance..........
Interesting mind games from JB. Polar opposite of "It's all over. St M can't throw it away" & hope for complacency. If St M lose on Sat the pressure escalates. If counter productive & St M do the job on Sat, JB will have lost face. I'm sure he'll cope. Definitely warming to the man. He says what he thinks regardless of what it makes him look like. Does not just take the easy option.
Brown is backed into a corner and has to clutch at a straw, any straw. Once it is all over and they go down, which is likely, he will congratulate Saints on doing their job. Seen it a hundred times before.
Mind games!? Danny Lennon should be ok. It's a battle of wits with an unarmed man. However I'll give Brown his due as king of the wind up, and I will eat humble pie if somhow he dodges the relegation bullet. If I was a St Mirren player I'd be looking to shut him up this weekend. But I'm not a St Miren player.....
It wouldn't take much for Dundee to become top club in that city again, United are going backwards at an alarming rate.
