Willo who?Never heard of him......... another 'mediocre' nobody to help cement the Don's place in the bottom six.........Get out SM.Please?
37He looks like the guy from the film Thinner, when the guy is at his thinnest. Also like the kid at school, who'd have manky cheesy wotsits marks on their clathes and everyone would run from. Decent player who I think will be a good addition to whats already here, but he does appear to be lacking a chin, at least in photo above.Come on Floodzer.
I always thought Willo Flood looks like he's got a critical illness.
Sorry, don't see how mediocre players like Flood or another on the wrong side of 30 is going to progress from Rae etc.Vigurs would be a good signing. Young enough to still improve and showed a good level in the SPL this year. He is the kind of player we should be looking to develop, in line with the youths coming through.
Flood's been a great player for us, but like all players we sell to Aberdeen he will now be a far worse player on more money, so there's always that to look forward to.
Neptune8 "Aberdeen have made some good signings and look certs for the top 6 next season"Yep, just like they did last season, and all the other seasons they've spent in the bottom 6. Barry Robson is a great signing, definitely one for the future.
27 chungutd - Yeah because the man-marking since Houston left has been brilliant...Much like the Goodwillie comments, I'm not sure I'm watching the same player as some people. Flood was often an excellent passer and has great positional sense. Terrible on the wing, but in the centre he'd boss the game. A bargain-basement Andrea Pirlo. With less hair.
Good signing, would be even better if he can re-create form of first time at utd, will then be a great signing. Barry Robson as well would be very good for aberdeen (hopefully). Dons look like going in right direction IF they can get a couple more DECENT players!
No doubt McNamara will replace him by signing another first division player with no SPL experience. Good signing for Aberdeen
Positive move by Aberdeen. Strengthening squad and at the same time by weakening a rival team, even more so when the player was by far the best performer in a fluorescent kit last season. Stand Free!
If Flood couldn't pass a ball, take a corner, header a ball, score goals, control a ball etc why did Dundee United sign him twice ? Moving to a big club is the right move, Aberdeen have made some good signings and look certs for the top 6 next season, whereas United look certs for the bottom 3.
We had 2nd best defence in league last season, lacked going forward , a decent signing... Couple more and next season looking promising
Being a season ticket holder at tannadice i would just like to add that last season's utd team were the worst team i have seen, the defence and goalkeeper manage to concede more goals than any utd in my lifetime!!! The zonal marking lark was joke especially when houston was in the hotseat. At least i can say i have seen my team win all their major trophies and will always have that the 80's team
Good signing, hopefully we can snap up Vigurs too now that his move to Oldham has fallen through.
All this user's posts have been removed. Why?
good player , not a great player. canna pass, shoot and gets caught on wrong side too often, 100 per cent effort most games but that is not always enough. Dissappointing that he's decided to turn his back on the club that rescued him twice but to go to a team who are bottom six material shows where his ambitions are.
@22 west coast club ?
@18 How is St Johnstone a north east team?
28!? Willo clearly had the hardest of paper rounds.
