Dynamo Kiev have confirmed that they have signed the Democratic Republic of Congo striker Dieumerci Mbokani from Anderlecht.
The 27-year-old's arrival follows that of Netherlands forward Jeremain Lens, who has agreed a four-year deal with the Ukrainian side after leaving PSV Eindhoven.
Mbokani has also signed a four-year contract, and the Kiev website states the club paid a "substantial price" for the player.
"I really want to play for Dynamo Kiev," Mbokanbi told the club's website. "It's a very ambitious club and will definitely play in the Champions league in the 2014/15 season.
"I want to win titles with them - and I relish the chance to get to work under such a great coach as Oleg Blokhin!"
Mbokani scored 34 goals in 53 games for Anderlecht in the last two seasons as they won successive Belgian league titles.
He previously played for Standard Liege, AS Monaco and VfL Wolfsburg, on loan, after starting his European career at Anderlecht in 2006.
It is thought that Mbokani will meet up with his new Kiev team-mates next week when they return from a pre-season training camp in Austria.
