Ramsdens Cup: Queen of South thump Spartans

Queen of the South cruised through to the second round of the Ramsdens Cup with a convincing victory.

Stephen McKenna headed them in front and Derek Lyle doubled their advantage from close range.

McKenna made it three with a well-placed header from Chris Mitchell's delivery.

Kevin Holt added a fourth on 68 minutes, with Kevin Motion spurning the visitors' best opportunity.
