Morecambe sign striker Padraig Amond after successful trial

Morecambe have signed former Accrington Stanley striker Padraig Amond on a free transfer following a successful trial.
The 25-year-old has after leaving the Store First Stadium at the end of last season.
Amond's contract is for two years, expiring in the summer of 2015.
Morecambe, who earlier this week because of budget constraints, begin the new season at Wycombe on Saturday.
