Exeter have 'no financial back-up'

Exeter City chief executive Julian Tagg tells BBC Spotlight the Grecians' status as a fan-owned club means they have "no back-up" in financial terms.

Tagg said that even something as simple as needing to repair a wall can leave their finances worryingly stretched.

But the club stalwart also reflected on the fact that the club's lack of debts could make them - "depending on your criteria" - the richest club in the country.
