Leyton Orient 3-0 Shrewsbury
Leyton Orient kept up their 100% record for the season with a comfortable victory over Shrewsbury.
The visitors had goalkeeper Chris Weale to thank after he saved three times from Orient striker David Mooney to keep it goalless at the break.
But Mooney headed home at the near post to break the deadlock before adding a second from close range.
Winger Moses Odubajo made it 3-0 in added time, finding the far corner with a shot after a surging solo run.
VIEW FROM THE DRESSING ROOM
Shrewsbury Town manager Graham Turner told BBC Radio Shropshire:
"We knew they were a threat from set plays and we knew they would be very direct - but I thought we did very well for 45 minutes. The first goal for them settled them down, settled the crowd down and it was a pivotal point in the game.
"We took the game to them before half-time, and we had one or two shots across the box. You have to take those chances to get anything from these games.
"The annoying thing for me was how we dealt with set plays. We've looked at this and we got caught out - you can't afford to do that. We knew what was coming and we failed to do anything about it.
"We have to be more aggressive if we are going to get goals. We need more variety in there to create chances but couldn't find anything today. You have to stick to what we have done in pre-season and take this forward."
