Zack Kotwica: Cheltenham Town youngster earns pro deal

Zack Kotwica has signed a two-year professional deal with League Two Cheltenham Town.
The 17-year-old Gloucester-born winger came through the Robins academy and broke in to the first-team this season.
He has been brought on as a substitute in all three of Cheltenham's games so far and has impressed enough to earn a senior contract.
"Now is the time for Zack to knuckle down and work hard," manager Mark Yates told the club website.
"He needs to work hard to become a good player and get his head down. He has done well so far this season and he need to continue doing so."
