A late goal secured a draw for Annan Athletic as Albion Rovers were denied victory at Galabank.
Mark McGuigan came close for Rovers before the visitors were awarded a spot-kick.
Peter Weatherson was penalised for a shirt tug and David Crawford converted from 12 yards.
McGuigan headed against the bar in the second half before Scott Davidson fired the hosts levelled with five minutes remaining.
