Southport and Welling shared the spoils after a thrilling draw in the Conference Premier.
Lee Clarke's close-range effort put Welling ahead shortly after half-time.
But the hosts found an equaliser three minutes later, Chris Almond heading in his first goal of the season from David Fitzpatrick's centre.
Southport then took the lead when Danny Hattersley pounced on a rebounded shot before Ross Lafayette hit a right-footed strike to earn Welling a point.
