Woking 0-0 Barnet

Woking remain in the bottom four in the Conference Premier after being held to a draw by out-of-form Barnet.

The hosts created the best chances and went close in the first half through a low Gavin Williams strike, which was tipped around the post by Graham Stack, and Josh Payne's fierce shot.

After the break Stack also saved well from Mark Ricketts and Joe McNerney.

At the other end, Woking defender Adam Newton made a fine double block from Keanu Marsh-Brown and Kieron Cadogan.

But the home side were the more threatening side and will rue a number of missed opportunities.

The Bees, who have now won just one of their last eight games, are still only three points off the play-off spots after a fine start to the season.

Woking missed the chance to climb out of the relegation zone.

VIEW FROM THE DRESSING ROOM

Woking manager Garry Hill told BBC Surrey:

"I think when you look at the chances created in the first half we were the better side and there goalkeeper had a lot more to do.

"I'm very pleased with a draw and there's no doubt about it that there a good side and fit side and we thoroughly deserved certainly a draw tonight and on another night on chances created we would have won it.

"To keep another clean sheet and keep this little run going which needs to start little before they become big and two clean sheets in the last two home games is very encouraging."
