Bangor 3-2 Aberystwyth: Bangor came out on top in spite of falling behind to Chris Venables' 13th minute tap-in. Les Davies had Bangor on terms at half time after a powerful run, with Jamie Petrie and Chris Jones putting Bangor in control before Wyn Thomas' 86th minute consolation.

Carmarthen Town 3-3 Gap Connah's Quay: Carmarthen Town appeared to be down and out at half time after Daniel Forde and Gary O'Toole (2) had fired the visitors into a 3-0 lead and down to 10 men after Carl Evans' dismissal. But Paul Fowler and Liam Thomas scored within three minutes of each other after Quay's Jack Rowlands was sent-off in the 66th minute to put Carmarthen back in the game before Christian Dioge equalised in the fifth minute of added time. The home team finished the game with nine men after Cortez Belle received a second yellow card.
Newtown 2-1 Prestatyn Town: The home trailed 1-0 to Lee Hunt's 28th minute goal, but were ahead at half-time after Craig Williams and Matthew Hearsey were on target. Prestatyn's hopes disappeared when Gareth Wilson was dismissed in the 75th minute.
Port Talbot 1-0 Rhyl FC: Martin Rose's 78th minute goal gave Port Talbot victory over Rhyl, who had Steve Lewis issued with a red card after the final whistle.
Airbus UK Broughton 1-1 The New Saints: Chris Marriott's 22nd minute goal put TNS ahead at half-time in Saturday's televised match, but Airbus were back on terms in the 53rd minute thanks to Chris Budrys.
