Match ends, Tranmere Rovers 3, MK Dons 2.
Tranmere striker Ryan Lowe scored twice against his former side MK Dons to help Rovers to a first home league win of the season.
Lowe capitalised on a defensive error to lob the hosts in front before Daniel Powell levelled with a powerful strike.
A wonderful shot from Jason Banton gave the visitors the lead but Lowe equalised from the spot after Jordan Spence fouled Jim McNulty.
James Rowe won it late on when he fired home from Jake Kirby's pass.
VIEW FROM THE DRESSING ROOM
MK Dons manager Karl Robinson told BBC Three Counties Radio:
"I am going to say it and they can do what they want to me, I don't care, but that officiating wasn't good enough.
"He's got the rules wrong (regarding a disallowed goal). When the ball was played Jason (Banton) was in an offside position but he didn't make any movement to the ball.
"When the next touch from the defender puts him in on goal, which he scores, he's then called offside. But that isn't the rules. He's got the rules blatantly wrong.
"One or two mistakes and they've scored. We've scored two worldies and their goals are scrappy and silly. I'm shell-shocked.
"People will be listening in and critical from afar. People who were within here can't be critical of this team - they played very well today.
"For whatever reason, at the moment, everything we seem to do has been going against us. With injuries and missing chances and when we make a mistake we're getting punished every time at the moment."
